Information we collect
Through public website forms we collect your name, business name, email, telephone number, state, equipment interest, approximate financing range and message. Public forms do not request Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account details, driver's licenses, tax forms or financial records.
If you become a client or partner, information such as signed authorizations, tax forms or requested financial documents is collected only through the authenticated portal.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss financing needs, evaluate dealer partnerships, administer agreements, meet legal and tax obligations and operate our business.
Who receives information
Service providers that host and operate our website, database, email and e-signature services process information on our behalf. With your signed authorization, relevant information may be shared with independent financing providers you are being introduced to. We do not sell personal information.
How we protect information
Portal documents are scanned for malware, stored in private storage that only the ATC owner can read, and every access is logged. Accounts require multi-factor authentication. No system can promise absolute security, so please never send sensitive information through ordinary email or public forms.
Retention
We retain information as needed for business, legal, tax and recordkeeping purposes and then delete or de-identify it according to our retention schedule.
